You can add in some extras like grated cheese, spinach or cooked onion, whatever your taste. But leave room for the bacon. Now to cook it up, flip the egg in bread, should only take a few minutes either side. Get your plate and place the egg in bread, bacon and cut out piece of bread on a stack on your plate, add a dollop of tomato sauce and there it is, The Great Australian Breakfast.
